2022 Korea ICT Awards: Celebrating Excellence in Digital Innovation

 

The 2022 Korea ICT Awards, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and organized by the Korea Information and Broadcasting Communication Association (KIBCA), took place on August 15. This prestigious event recognizes outstanding ICT companies that have significantly contributed to digital innovation, national industrial growth, and economic competitiveness.

 

The awards were presented in conjunction with the "2022 Digital Innofesta," an integrated event celebrating digital excellence. The awards covered four categories: Digital Technology, Digital Dissemination, Digital Talent, and Digital Contribution. A total of 14 companies were honored, receiving Ministerial Citations and Special Awards.

The selection process involved a rigorous examination by a panel of experts from accounting, industry, and academia. The evaluation included financial reviews and document assessments to ensure that the awarded companies demonstrated exceptional performance and achievements.

 

Winners of the Ministerial Citations received certificates and plaques, along with promotional benefits such as corporate video production, media coverage, and signage.

 

Park Jae-moon, Secretary-General of the Korea Information and Broadcasting Communication Association, expressed gratitude for the contributions of small, medium, and venture ICT companies to national economic activation. He emphasized the commitment to supporting domestic companies to lead and advance in the future ICT industry.
