[CES 2023] Korean Startups Soar and Business Leaders Gather: Focus on Metaverse, Mobility, and Sustainability

CES 2023 Highlights: Korean Startups Shine Amidst Global Tech Giants

 

CES 2023, a major global technology trade show, saw impressive participation from companies worldwide, with a notable spotlight on Korean enterprises. Following the host country, the United States, Korea had the second-largest representation with over 550 companies showcasing their technological prowess.

 

In the 'Eureka Park' section, which features emerging startups, Korean companies stood out prominently. With a record number of 350 startups participating, the area was densely packed with innovative displays. These startups captivated visitors with their advanced technologies in AI, robotics, and data science.

 

A notable observation from the event was shared by a government official who commented, "Korean companies occupied about half of the Eureka Park exhibition area. Even city officials from Las Vegas came out to express their gratitude."

 

This year's CES was not only significant for the debut of numerous startups on the global stage but also for its focus on themes such as 'Metaverse,' 'Mobility,' and 'Sustainability.' The presence of top executives from major industries added to the excitement and energy of the event.
